A few important notes before you order
- Once you confirm your selections, pelase consider these final
- Names are always stitched in the chosen font. Occasionally, there may be slight variation in the text style due to hoop positioning and certain letter combinations. These differences will be minimal.
- Sack colours are Mulled Wine and Mistletoe Green (same colours used in 2023 and 2024) with a new limited-edition soft gold and Tinselberry this year. Lighting may slightly affect how these appear on your screen.
- If you are purchasing additional items with your embroidered sack, all items will be shipped together once the personalised item is ready.
- As each embroidered piece is made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. Slight variations are a natural part of the handcrafted process.
- For the Polar Express Santa Sack, please check the video for exact imagery as minor thread variations may occur and are considered a natural part of the finished design.
