Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you order the wrong size, we are happy to exchange it for a different size, subject to availability. Most of our products are true to size; however, if you are unsure or between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

For customised orders, including embroidery, please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

All items are thoroughly quality-checked prior to shipping. If an item is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund. Items eligible for refunds or exchanges must be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached, within 14 days of purchase.

Please note:

  • Items purchased during sales or as part of Mystery Bags are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for return/exchange postage costs, which are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If you need to report a faulty item or arrange an exchange, please contact us via email within 14 days of purchase. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will gladly work with you to find a suitable alternative.
